From user problems to shared product systems

My approach / Product design

Find the clarity.
Build the system.

I connect strategy, interaction design, and implementation to make complex products easier to use and easier to build on.

A shared direction.
A practical way forward.

Good process makes the work clearer. I bring teams around the problem, turn decisions into reusable patterns, and stay hands-on as the product takes shape.

01
What is getting in the user’s way?

Understand the
whole journey.

I start with the task people need to complete and the business context around it. Research, product review, and conversations with the team help reveal where people lose time, confidence, or continuity.

I look across screens and touchpoints to find the shared problem behind individual friction points.

02
Which decisions need to be shared?

Give the team
a clear direction.

I turn the problem into a focused design direction: what should change, what needs to stay consistent, and where the experience should adapt to its context.

Bringing stakeholders into the thinking early gives the team a common language for priorities and tradeoffs.

03
Does the next step feel clear?

Make the thinking
tangible.

I develop the interaction model and visual details together. Navigation, hierarchy, states, and feedback need to work as one coherent experience.

Interactive prototypes help explore behavior before implementation. I use Figma Make to bring ideas into focus, with visual accessibility considered throughout.

04
Will the intent survive implementation?

Stay close
to the build.

I work with engineering to translate design decisions into practical implementation guidance. My experience includes direct support for React development and hands-on refinement of interactions and visual details.

The individual screen and the wider system need to hold together as the product grows.

The standard I bring to the work

Clarity for the user.
A foundation for the team.

Make the next step clear.

Use hierarchy, language, and feedback to help people move forward with confidence.

Think beyond one screen.

Connect individual decisions to reusable patterns and a coherent product experience.

Care about the details.

Stay hands-on with behavior, visual accessibility, and implementation. Craft lives in how the product works.

The approach in action / FreeCast

One product vision.
Every screen.

Design leadership, a system built from scratch, and connected experiences across web, TV web, and mobile.

I connect product strategy, interaction systems, and hands-on design to make complex experiences easier to use.

My process brings teams around a clear problem, turns decisions into reusable patterns, and carries the work through prototypes and implementation.

Discover

Start with the user’s task and the business context. I examine where people lose time, confidence, or continuity, and connect those problems across the full journey.

At FreeCast, my scope spans web, TV web, and mobile. At Tinubu, it included navigation, forms, approvals, and complex surety data tables. The question is where a shared approach can improve the broader experience.

Define

Turn the problem into a clear direction: what needs to change, which decisions should be shared, and where the experience needs to adapt to its context.

I bring stakeholders into that thinking early. At FreeCast, I introduced design thinking company-wide while building the design system from scratch and rebuilding the product experiences.

Design

Develop the interaction model and refine the visual details together. Navigation, hierarchy, states, and feedback need to work as a coherent system.

I use Figma Make to create interactive prototypes and explore behavior before implementation. Visual accessibility is part of the craft: contrast, readable hierarchy, and designing for people with visual impairments.

Deliver

Stay close to engineering so design decisions survive implementation. My experience includes direct support for React development, translating interactions and visual details into practical implementation guidance.

I remain hands-on through refinement, connecting individual screens to the reusable patterns and design language that support the product.

The Standard

A successful design makes the user’s next step clear and gives the team a foundation it can build on. I aim for both: thoughtful product experiences and systems that help those experiences stay coherent as they grow.
